This Privacy Policy applies to the White Timer Fit mobile application and related services operated by HOLYCOW TALLOW LTD (the “Service Provider”). The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use.
Information collection and use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Precise location
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
No personal app-use data is retained.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider and provide information outside normal app use, that information may exist as part of that communication.
No stored app-use personal data needs deletion.
Because White Timer Fit does not collect or retain personal information through normal use, the Service Provider has no stored personal app-use data to delete. Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily provide information by contacting the Service Provider directly, you may request deletion of that information at [email protected].
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, it does not retain children’s personal app-use data.
Security and breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal-data exposure from such use is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards for its systems and any information it holds.
If a breach involves information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before applicable material changes take effect.
If processing of information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider is based on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
